Our mission is to support alcohol addiction recovery and mental health initiatives, with a special focus on young adults who are at a crossroads in life - those searching for second chances, stability, and a community to believe in them.
Alcohol Addiction stigma is under-researched and largely unaddressed.
The Casey Gregory Foundation is dedicated to providing resources to victims and families in need. We have been there and are here to help. Addiction is a treatable medical disease. To help get the facts about this misunderstood medical condition, we are donating to our community to help them fight this disease and change the stigma that surrounds it. We are here to help you find resources, treatment options, and financial stability during a time of uncertainty.

Spanky’s Day at The Lake is a 5k walk around Creve Coeur Lake. It is an opportunity for the community to come together and walk to end the stigma of addiction while surrounded by friends, family, and loved ones.
We’ll honor those we have lost, celebrate those who are living in recovery, and bring hope to those close to us living with substance use disorder.
